Avia Assist is an iOS pilot toolbox application designed to give airline pilots quick and easy access to essential tools during flight. I initially developed the concept and interface in Figma, focusing on simplicity, usability, and efficient navigation within a cockpit environment.

I later worked with a partner to turn the prototype into a functional iOS application using Swift and Xcode. The project allowed me to combine my background in design and computer science, taking a digital product from initial concept and user experience design through to development.

Avia Assist

Building on the original Avia Assist concept and interface, I worked with a partner to develop the prototype into a functional iOS application using Swift and Xcode. The app was designed as a digital toolbox for pilots, bringing essential tools together in a simple and accessible mobile experience.

This project gave me the opportunity to apply my Computer Science background to a product I had previously approached from a design perspective, bridging human centered design with hands-on development.

Nubigon - Digital Content

At Nubigon, a successful point cloud visualization and animation startup, I created digital content designed to communicate complex product features in a clear and engaging way. I produced short-form instructional content for NUBIGON's digital channels, demonstrating the software's tools and workflows and translating technical information into accessible visual content for its audience.

This experience allowed me to combine technology, visual communication, and content creation while gaining hands-on experience communicating a specialized digital product.

Culinary Cruise

UX/UI Design · Digital ProductMay 2023Culinary Cruise is a food and travel app designed to help visitors and locals discover Bodrum’s culinary scene. The concept brings restaurant discovery, local recommendations, reviews, and user-generated content together in one digital experience. It allows users to discover great places to eat and secret spots, and learn about the local cuisine. The app also lets users share their experiences by posting reviews and photos, creating a community. 

I designed the app in Figma, focusing on making it easy and enjoyable to navigate. Inspired by Bodrum’s vibrant character, I created a colorful interface that makes exploring local restaurants and food culture simple and engaging.

Saratoga Olive Oil Co.

I chose Saratoga Olive Oil Co., a local business in Saratoga Springs, for a brand redesign project. I wanted to give the brand a fresher and more refined look while still keeping some of the rustic character that felt true to the company.

I redesigned the logo and created custom patterns and packaging, experimenting with how the new visual identity could work across different products and materials.

This is a collection of posters I created while experimenting with typography, composition, color, and different visual styles. Each poster gave me a chance to try something new and explore how small design choices can completely change the overall look and feel. I especially enjoyed using these projects as a space to be more playful and experimental with my work.
